Terms of use

These terms are between you and SellnShip Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), which runs JYOTISH.info. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

• Guidance, not advice. JYOTISH.info offers kundali calculations and jyotish and numerology readings for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and does not replace a doctor, lawyer, adviser or counsellor. Decisions you take remain your own.
• No guarantees. Jyotish reads tendencies and timing. No outcome is guaranteed, and we do not promise that a reading will be accurate, complete or right for a particular purpose.
• AI-written answers. Ask JYOTISH answers and paid reports are written by an AI model from your calculated chart and a classical rule book, and checked against your chart before you see them. They can still be imperfect. They are for reflection and must not be relied on for health, legal, financial or safety decisions. A report marked “reviewed by a jyotishi” has also been read and signed by a person.
• Your details. A reading is only as good as the details you give. We are not responsible for results that come from wrong inputs. If you do not know your birth time, say so: the chart is then made for noon, and the lagna and houses are approximate.

Your account

• 18 or over. You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy anything. A parent or guardian may cast a kundali for a child.
• Log in with WhatsApp. One account per person, verified with a one-time code (OTP) that we send to your WhatsApp number. Keep your phone and codes safe; you are responsible for what is done in your account. Tell us at once if you lose your number or think someone else is using your account.
• Leaving. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that is used for automated requests, for attempts to extract our rule book or engine, or for abuse.

Answers and JYOTISH Plus

• Free answers. Every verified person gets a free allowance: welcome answers when they first unlock and free questions each day, in the numbers shown on the site at the time. Free use is limited per person, number, device and network.
• Answer packs. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST, and are shown before you pay. Bought answers do not expire, are personal to your account, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. A Prashna uses one answer. Unused answers end if you delete your account.
• JYOTISH Plus costs ₹49 a month or ₹499 a year, including GST, and gives you up to the number of answers a day shown on the price card at the time, some of which can be Prashna, as shown there. The yearly plan includes one Year Ahead report. Plus renews automatically, each month or each year, through a UPI AutoPay or card mandate until you cancel. We remind you on WhatsApp before each renewal, and your bank or UPI app tells you before each debit. If a renewal cannot be collected, Plus stays on for up to 48 hours while your bank retries, and then stops.
• Cancelling Plus. Cancel any time in Ask JYOTISH → your account → Cancel Plus. Nothing more is charged, and Plus stays active till the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Changes. If we change the price or daily limits of Plus, the change applies only from a later period, after we tell you.

Reports

• Buying. The Year Ahead report, the Kundali Milan report and the One-question report are bought on this site and paid through Razorpay, by UPI or card. The price shown at checkout, in rupees and including GST, is the price you pay. We may change prices for future orders.
• Delivery. A report is written in seconds and usually reaches you within a minute, as a private link on this site. Open it and use “Save as PDF” to keep a copy. Anyone who has the link can read the report, so share it with care.
• Reviewed by a jyotishi. For an extra ₹350 on any report, a jyotishi reads and signs it before it is delivered, within 48 hours.
• Questions we do not take. We may decline a question that falls outside what we answer (see the Disclaimer). For the One-question report we check this before you pay. If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.

Payments and invoices

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, bank login or UPI PIN.
• All prices include GST, and you get a GST invoice for every payment.
• Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Using the service properly

Do not misuse the service, try to extract or copy its engine, rule book, content or data, automate requests, get around its limits, or use it to harass, defame or defraud anyone. We may refuse or end service to anyone who does.

Our content

The JYOTISH.info name and logo, design, calculation engine, interpretation texts, reports and this website belong to SellnShip Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your kundali, PDF and any paid report are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: you may keep, print and share them with people you know, but not resell them or use them in a business.

Limits of our responsibility

We try to keep JYOTISH.info running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take because of a reading, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report, answers or membership concerned in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits a right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have under consumer protection law to approach a forum where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the effective date shown above changes when we do. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
