Answer packs
- Changed your mind? Write to us within 7 days of buying a pack and we refund the answers you have not used.
- A fault on our side. If an answer fails or comes back incomplete because of a fault on our side, it is not counted, or we restore it on request. When our AI writer is unavailable and the rule book answers instead, that answer is not counted either.
- After 7 days a pack is not refundable. Its answers stay in your account and do not expire.
JYOTISH Plus
- Cancel any time in Ask JYOTISH → your account → Cancel Plus. Nothing more is charged, and Plus stays active till the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No part-period refunds. We do not refund the unused part of a month or year that has already started.
- Charged by mistake? If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged a price different from the one you agreed to, we refund the extra charge in full.
Reports
- Not delivered. If your report has not reached you within 24 hours of payment, we refund you in full. For a report with “reviewed by a jyotishi”, the time is the 48 hours shown when you buy it.
- Question declined. If we decline your question, we refund you in full. For the One-question report we check this before you pay, so you are normally not charged at all.
- After delivery. A delivered report is personal work written for your chart, so it is not refundable. But if it was written for the wrong chart because of a mistake on our side, we write it again, free.
How refunds work
- To ask for a refund, write to hello@jyotish.info, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 89688 18888 from the number on your account. Please give your payment reference or invoice number.
- Refunds go back to the method you paid with, in 5–7 working days from our approval. Razorpay and your bank may take a little longer to show it.
- If you are ever charged twice, or an amount different from the price you saw, write to us and we will correct it, whatever you bought.
